     Tuition, Payment & Policies

Tuition

  • Tuition will be billed & due on a month to month basis.

  • Tuition will be posted to your account on the 25th of each month ((meaning you will see a pending charge to your portal account (not your bank account)).

  • Tuition will be due on the 1st of every month (meaning we will bill your card on file).

  • Tuition will be considered late by the 6th of each month if card is declined and balance is left unpaid.

  • Our tuition rate is based off of how many dance classes (per week) you are enrolled in.

  • Unenrollment from a class(s) requires a 30 day, written notice to nataliasmusedancestudio@gmail.com. This ensures that students tuition price can be appropriately adjusted prior to next months billing cycle. Failure to provide written notice may incur any required payments currently on your account.

Payments

  • For ease of convenience we use a portal-based accounting system which allows students/parents to login and enroll in dance classes, view their dance class schedule, account details, make payments, etc..

  • All portal accounts that pay tuition via credit/debit card are required to be on automatic payment.

  • Payments may still be made by cash, personal check, or cashiers check at the front office.
